In search of the parliament
If you would like to visit the German parliament or experience the unique historical atmosphere which this city offers, then please enquire in my office for further information. I have the possibility to offer two trips a year for citizens to travel by Bus to the capital and gain an historical insight or simply to visit. The journey is a political opportunity to explore Berlin whilst interacting with your MdB. You can visit the Reichstag building, the different ministries, travel through Berlin itself and take a famous sightseeing tour of the Jewish museum. If you decide to travel to the top of the parliament, you are able to see over Berlin and it is a mesmerising view. One word of caution is during the summer months and holiday periods it is advised to arrive earlier at the parliament because it is a popular attraction and there can often be substantial queues.
The Dome is open daily from 8.00 to 24.00, however, the last admission is at 22.00. If you refer to the parliamentary website, you can find further information on specific closing dates, due to cleaning work.
